Clarity Data Services is run by Frank DeSimone — a software engineer based in Plano, building voter data infrastructure and field operations tools for Republican campaigns and county party organizations in Texas.
Clarity Field ran live canvassing operations in Collin County through the 2026 primary cycle — real volunteers, real doors, real election-day pressure. The products are shaped by years inside county Republican infrastructure, which is why they fit how campaigns here actually work rather than how a national platform assumes they do.
The studio is anchored on a multi-county voter data pipeline that powers lookup, walk lists, and precinct analytics across every product, alongside proprietary analytical methods that guide Clarity’s targeting and outreach recommendations.
We build, host, and operate the products our customers depend on — from public marketing sites to election-day field operations — and stay accountable for them through the full cycle. Each customer runs in a dedicated environment, and their data is never pooled, resold, or reused in another campaign.
